How does SPA NATURALLY work?
Bacteria will migrate to the water-surface and stick to walls, covers, plumbing systems and equipment. After attachment, the bacteria than excrete a protective coating over themselves. This bacterial coating is called BIOFILM. Anywhere water or moisture comes in contact with a surface and bacteria,, biofilm is present.
This is a brand new, never been used hot but that is being flushed with "Spa System Bio-Breakaway flush". In this case the biofilm is from Factory testing.
Once your hot tub is "Flushed" properly you use Sphagnum moss inserts monthly in your spa.
