The Summit pool heaters consist of a Copeland Scroll compressor; an electronic service control card, and a heat exchanger with titanium fin-type tubing that comes with a ten-year corrosion-free warranty. SCROLL COMPRESSOR
Scroll compressors manufactured by Copeland generate a greater quantity of heat with 10% higher efficiency than piston compressors at lower ambient air temperatures for enhanced heating efficiency. Furthermore, Scroll compressors are quieter and longer-lasting because they have only two moving parts compared with fifteen parts in two-cylinder piston compressors.
TITANIUM HEAT EXCHANGER
Titanium, the only metal resistant to the chemicals added to swimming pool water, allows excellent thermal exchange and a ten-year warranty.
VALVE
Thermostatic expansion valves protect compressors and ensure the right quantity of Freon is provided to obtain maximum energy efficiency no matter the outside temperatures.
NEW FAN BLADES
This new patented fan blade reduces noise from 5 to 6 decibels while increasing fan capacity.
MOTOR
Fan motors are completely sealed and permanently lubricated.
FILTER
This type of filter provides heat pumps with additional protection against moisture and contamination.
EXCLUSIVE SOUND PROOFING
